 Workshops That Build Capacity,
Not Just Awareness

Your team doesn't need more data or better tools for business as usual. They need practices that help them step back from burnout and work in ways that sustain them.

Land-informed leadership skills for navigating climate anxiety, burnout, and building collective resilience.

Choose from a standalone workshop, a workshop series, or a custom workshop.

 Inclusive Community Preparedness Series

For teams who need practical tools to address their climate anxiety and build resilience.

* Workshops can stand alone or be part of a series.

Help your staff build 72hr emergency kits without adding to their financial or mental load.

Your team gets:

  • To build a kit with items they already have in their home (we'll do it together in the workshop)

  • Culturally inclusive approaches (comfort foods, spiritual items, family structures that reflect your workforce)

  • Accessible planning for neurodivergent staff, disabled employees, and caregivers

  • Understanding that organizational resilience starts with individual preparedness

Why organizations book this: Your duty of care extends beyond the workplace. Employees who feel prepared at home show up more present, less anxious, and more able to focus.

DIY

EMERGENCY

KIT

Move beyond individual emergency kits to collective preparedness.

Your team gets:

  • An asset map of workplace resources (who has first aid training, who speaks Spanish, who has a truck, who can provide childcare)

  • Understanding of their own crisis strengths (not everyone needs to be a hero)

  • Confidence that they're personally supported by their colleagues, not just their kit and company plan

Why organizations book this: When the next emergency hits (power outage, natural disaster, public health crisis), your team won't panic - they'll know exactly who has what they need and how to organize mutual support.

BEYOND THE 72HR  EMERGENCY KIT

Build the adaptive capacity organizations need in emergencies, creatively.

Your team gets:

  • Reframe of preparedness as creative community care

  • Practical ways to integrate creative practice into team culture

  • Tools to build relational infrastructure without burning out

  • Understanding of how creativity = adaptive capacity in crisis

Why organizations book this:
Because your team learns that emergency preparedness isn't about protocols - it's about the creative thinking, nervous system regulation, and relational trust that kicks in when plans fail.

CREATIVE COMMUNITY CARE

 Land-Informed Leadership Series

For teams ready to shift from urgency culture to care-based systems.

* Workshops can stand alone or be part of a series.

Learn how the land models reciprocal, care-based relationships - and how to apply these models to your work.

Your team gets:

  • Language for what feels "wrong" about extractive approaches

  • Recognition that alternative models are all around them (in nature)

  • Framework for building reciprocal partnerships

  • Understanding of how extraction shows up in your operations

Why organizations book this: Your team gains vocabulary and vision for transformation beyond performative change.

INTERSECTIONALITY AND THE LAND

Apply land-based principles to team practices: seasonal pacing, cyclical decision-making, reciprocity, and rest.

Your team gets:

  • Concrete practices for seasonal pacing (not constant urgency)

  • Decision-making models based on cycles and interdependence

  • Tools for building sustainable, equitable team culture

  • Ways to resist urgency culture

Why organizations book this: Your team stops burning out while trying to change and develops new models for how you actually work.

LAND-INFORMED LEADERSHIP

Build nervous system resilience to tolerate failure, experiment, and create alternatives to dominant systems.

Your team gets:

  • Creative confidence to try new things without certainty

  • Resilience to failure and "looking foolish"

  • Understanding of how trauma limits innovation

  • Capacity to build (not just critique)

Why organizations book this: Your team develops the confidence to experiment their way into alternatives instead of staying stuck in analysis.

  • Decolonizing Organizational Practices For teams ready to transform structures, not just add diversity

  • Centering Impacted Communities (Not Just Serving Them) For teams shifting from service model to solidarity model

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can participate?

15-40 is optimal for depth of engagement. Up to 60 is possible with adjusted facilitation approach.

What if we want ongoing support after the workshop?

I offer follow-up coaching and consulting packages. We can discuss this during our discovery call.

Can we combine workshops from different series?

Absolutely. We can create a custom sequence based on your team's needs and readiness.

How far in advance do we need to book a workshop?

I can usually accommodate bookings at least 2 weeks in advance for an off-the-shelf workshop, and 4 weeks in advance for a customized one.
For multi-session series, I recommend scheduling one workshop per month over three months to give participants time to apply and integrate what they learn between sessions.

Do you offer virtual and in-person?

Yes, both. Virtual sessions work well for geographically dispersed teams. In-person is ideal for team offsites or intensive learning experiences.

If travel is required:

- In-person delivery in Metro Vancouver: +15% facilitation fee

- Travel outside Metro Vancouver: Travel and accommodation costs (if overnight required)

Daniela GR Consulting operates in solidarity with the  xÊ·mÉ™θkwÉ™y̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and SÉ™lÌ“ílwÉ™taÊ”/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) nations on whose stolen and occupied land I live and work. Solidarity means acting in a manner that supports Indigenous rights on this land and applying their teachings regarding my relationship to the local nations and this land.  To me this looks like acknowledging that all struggles against oppression are interconnected, and practicing acts of resistance that make space for joy and justice.
