 1:1 Coaching for Changemakers

Are you done burning yourself out trying to fix systems that were never built for you?

Let’s imagine, expand, and cultivate land-informed leadership - so that you can lead with care, clarity, and curiosity, even in times of flux, as old systems collapse and make space for new possibilities to emerge.

I’m a trauma-informed coach, community-building consultant, and inclusive preparedness guide. My 1:1 work is land-informed, creative, and practical - designed to support you in growing as a liberatory leader.

This is not just coaching. It's a container for collective care

I’m here to support you to deprogram from your assimilation, remember your power, reclaim your imagination, connect with the land, and root your leadership in care.

I weave together:

  • Liberatory futurism

  • Trauma-informed coaching

  • Intersectional education

  • Land-informed relating

  • Radical imagination

So you can reorient toward justice, community, and the land - in your own life, and in the systems you influence.

This isn’t about hustling harder. It’s about shifting the ground beneath your work.

 Are you done ... â€‹

  • Hustling to prove your worth - in systems that aren't built for you?

  • Being burned out and overwhelmed - in the non-profit industrial complex's hamster wheel?

  • Fighting for safety and inclusion - in workplaces that prefer performance over transformation?

  • Feeling alone in your leadership - because in your gut you know another way is possible, but you are just unsure of how to get there?

 Pause, rest, transform

In our time together you will:

  • Lean into leading from alignment and rest

  • Build and connect into your care networks

  • Practice embodying your values in real time

  • Know what is yours to hold and what is not

  • Explore play and imagination so you can create inroads towards liberatory relationships for yourself and your community

What one-on-one coaching with me looks like:

  • 12-week container

    • 6 one-on-one 60-minute coaching sessions (biweekly)

  • 1 tool/handout per session

    • to support your growth, rooted in somatics, building care networks, and preparing for climate resilience

  • $750 CAD for the full program

    • 10% of spots reserved for QTBIPOC exploring non-financial exchange (barter, skills trade, etc.)

  • Application required

    • Limited to 6 spots at a time to preserve depth of relationship

This is why I show up as both a coach who holds space for your vulnerability, creativity, and growth - and as a strategist who helps you build practical tools for care, collaboration, and change.

In my work, mindset and imagination are as essential as systems and structure. I weave together somatics, creativity, and grounded planning because transformation happens in both the inner shifts and the tangible details. Whether we’re mapping your care networks or reshaping how you show up in crisis, we work at the root - so you’re not just prepared, you’re aligned.

What moves me most about coaching care-centered changemakers is knowing that this work ripples outward - because when you deepen your capacity to care, you may one day care for someone I love. And I may one day care for someone you hold dear. This is how we co-create a more care-filled future, together.

To support changemakers with the depth and care they deserve, I do things differently - and that’s intentional.

I’ve been part of many programs that offered big ideas but little follow-through, that promised transformation but overlooked the nervous system, the land, or the lived realities of those most impacted by systemic harm.

Too often in community and in programs, inclusion was performative, not practiced - and care was not even a consideration.

This container is different. It’s built to hold the complexity of your work and your spirit. I pay attention to the quiet things - the unspoken grief, the burnout before it becomes collapse, the moments you almost give up. Because you deserve support that sees the whole of you, not just your output.

 Is this for you?

✦ This is for you if:

  • You’ve led DEI work but feel like you’re hitting a wall

  • You’re overwhelmed by the climate crisis and unsure how to address it in your leadership

  • You’ve been told to “tone it down” in spaces that claim to value equity

  • You've been told you are too political when you advocate to create changes that align with BDS or other anti-capitalist movements

  • You want your community work to be rooted in joy, collaboration, and care - not burnout.

You’re ready to co-lead and not carry it all alone - but your not sure how to pivot to that

✦ This is not for you if:

  • You haven’t yet engaged with justice-based learning or examined your triggers

  • You prioritize profit over people

  • You prefer hierarchical, individualist leadership

  • You’re unwilling to reflect on your relationship with power, land, or care

  • You don't handle feedback well and default to defensiveness

  • You think that those who fight for equity should do so politely, and are acting ungratefully

  • You have a set idea of what coaching looks like and an alternative coaching style would feel "wrong"

You get a space to unlearn extractive patterns and explore what leadership looks like when it’s rooted in care, community, and creativity.

We’ll map out how your values show up in your everyday work - so your offerings, collaborations, and boundaries feel not only aligned, but sustainable.

We’ll co-create strategies to help you respond to crisis without burning out, to lead without replicating harm, and to build toward a future that reflects your deepest commitments.

When you work with me, you get more than just sessions and support.

This will look like:

  • Practicing new ways of working that prioritize your nervous system and your community

  • Identifying what actually needs to get done - and what can be composted

  • Exploring creative ways to communicate your work without falling into urgency or performance

  • Mapping your role in collective care ecosystems so you know you’re not alone

  • You’ll feel supported not just in what you do, but in who you’re becoming.

  • And yes - there will be space for big feelings, quiet shifts, voice note pep talks, and celebrating the moments you remember you’re already enough.

If your body is saying yes,
If your heart is tired but hopeful,
If you’re ready to build something tender, fierce, and entirely new - I'm ready to start whenever you are.

Let’s prepare for the future by practicing it now.
