1:1 LAND-INFORMED LEADERSHIP COACHING

What if you learned to lead from nature instead of traditional leadership trainings.

Nature shows us thousands of leadership models - not a lone charismatic hero, but interdependent ecosystems where every role matters. Where rest is necessary. Where reciprocity sustains life.

This coaching helps you learn from the land to build leadership that builds a care-based future.

This is not just coaching. It's a container for collective care

This is for your if you are leading change in a mission driven organization, but: â€‹

  • You're carrying everything alone

    •  You delegate tasks but still hold all the weight. You're the one everyone turns to. You're exhausted.

  • You keep replicating patterns you're trying to change

    • You talk about equity but run meetings top-down. You value collective care but work until midnight. You preach boundaries but say yes to everything.

  • There's a gap between your values and how you actually show up

    • Your organization has beautiful values statements, but urgency culture, perfectionism, and extraction still run the show.

  • You're isolated in this work

    • You care deeply but feel like you're the only one who sees the problems. You don't know who else is building alternatives.

  • Standard leadership advice doesn't work

    • "Self-care" and "work-life balance" feel like Band-Aids. You need something that addresses the root.

  • You're ready for something different

    • But you don't know where to look for models that aren't just capitalism with better branding.

This isn't about hustling harder or fixing yourself.  It's about shifting the ground beneath your work.

 What if you could:

✓ Learn leadership from ecosystems, not corporations → See yourself as part of an interconnected whole, not the master of it
✓  Redistribute power instead of holding it all → Know what's yours to carry and what you can share
✓  Build boundaries that honor your capacity → Without guilt or feeling like you're abandoning your mission
✓  Create alternatives to dominant systems → Not just resist capitalism, but practice something different
✓ Feel connected instead of isolated → Know you're part of a network building new ways forward
✓  Lead from wholeness, not performance → Bring all of who you are, not just the "professional" parts

This coaching makes that possible.

Bees at Work

 Here's how it works:

12 WEEKS. 6 SESSIONS. LAND AS TEACHER.

Over 12 weeks, we meet twice monthly for 60-minute sessions. Between sessions, you have practices and reflections to integrate what you're learning.

Each session has a structured progression:

  • We ground in land-based frameworks

  • Move through embodied practice

  • Explore with creative tools

  • Apply to your real-world challenges

You're not just talking about problems.

You're practicing alternatives.

What we will work on:

Learn to see leadership everywhere in nature
Forests don't have CEOs. Mycelial networks share resources. Salmon feed entire ecosystems. You'll learn to read the land for models of collective care, reciprocity, and interdependence - then apply them to your work.

Shift from "lone hero" to ecosystem thinking
You'll map your role in collective care networks so you can see: you're not carrying this alone. You're part of something larger. What can you share? What support exists? What are your needs?

Close the gap between your values and practice
We'll examine where you're unintentionally replicating patterns - urgency, extraction, hierarchy - and practice consent-based, reciprocal ways of working instead.

Build capacity that's sustainable
Not "self-care" tips, but practices that protect your nervous system and honor your real capacity. You'll learn to work at a rhythm that doesn't deplete you.

Reconnect with all of who you are
You've been told to lead a certain way - confident, decisive, always having answers. You'll practice bringing forward parts of yourself you've hidden, and leading from wholeness.

Know you're worthy of care
Many leaders are socialized as caregivers - always giving, never receiving. We'll interrupt that cycle so you can build systems rooted in mutual care, not extraction.

 Here's what shifts:

Carrying everything alone

Clear on what's yours to hold and what you can share

Stuck in constant urgency mode

Working at sustainable rhythms that honor your capacity

Replicating patterns you're trying to change

Practicing reciprocity and care in real time

Isolated and burning out

Connected to networks that hold you

Leading from "shoulds" and external pressure

Leading from alignment with your values

Feeling like you're failing or not good enough

Knowing you're building something new, even when it's hard

This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about building a different capacity to lead.

This isn't traditional executive coaching. I'm not focused on productivity metrics or climbing ladders.

✦ This is for you if:

  • You're in a leadership role at a mission-driven organization
You care deeply about equity, climate, and justice

  • You're exhausted from trying to create change within systems that resist it

  • You're ready to examine your own patterns (even when it's uncomfortable)

  • You want to lead differently and are open to learning from unexpected teachers (like the land)

✦ This is not for you if:

  • You're looking for quick fixes or productivity hacks

  • You're not open to feedback or self-reflection

  • You prefer hierarchical, individualist leadership

  • You're not ready to slow down and examine root patterns

  • You think "land-informed" sounds too woo-woo

  • You become defensive rather than curious when your worldviews are challenged

I'm Daniela - a bookworm,
trauma-informed coach, and intersectional facilitator,
with 20+ years of frontline crisis work.

I've been in the spaces where ...

→ Leaders burn out trying to create change alone

→ Organizations claim values they don't practice

→ Communities are extracted from in the name of "partnership"

→ People collapse under the weight of urgency culture

... and I have also been that person myself.

But I've learned what actually holds people through crisis:

→ Not better plans, but deeper relationships

→ Not individual resilience, but collective care

→ Not extracting from land and each other, but practicing reciprocity

 My coaching weaves together:

  • Land-informed practices

  • Trauma-informed approaches

  • Justice-oriented frameworks

  • Creative and somatic tools

So you can lead in ways that don't  replicate the harm you're trying to change.

Daniela soft launches decolonization journey's, not from the perspective of you not doing enough - but from an ease based lens. She adds texture to the practice of solidarity, making it a spectrum that ranges from self care to standing up at work to activism.

FAQ

What if I'm not sure I'm "ready" for this?

If you're asking this question, you probably are. The fact that you're here means you're already seeking something different. Let's talk on a discovery call and figure it out together.

What if I've tried coaching before and it didn't work?

This isn't traditional executive coaching focused on productivity and metrics. This is about examining the systems you're operating in and building different capacity. If past coaching felt outcomes oriented rather than process oriented, this will be different.

What if my organization won't pay for it?

Many clients invest personally because this work is as much about their own leadership development as it is about their organizational role. Payment plans are available.

What makes your approach different?

I don't separate "inner work" from "systems work." We work on both - your nervous system AND your strategy, your values AND your tactics, your personal healing AND your organizational impact. I address the transformation that needs to happen in your nervous system for behaviour change to take place in order for systems change to happen - while addressing the harmful systems we live under and building out your imagination to create regenerative systems.

Do you offer shorter programs?

Not currently, but if you want to do a one off conversation for $150 CAD, send me an email to set up a time - hello (at) danielagrconsulting.ca

What's the $250 one-time session?

It's a consultation/strategy session for people who want to explore a specific challenge or get a taste of this approach before committing to 12 weeks. We work on something concrete and you leave with practices you can apply.

Can I extend beyond 12 weeks?

Yes. We can discuss this as you near the end of your container.

Daniela GR Consulting operates in solidarity with the  xÊ·mÉ™θkwÉ™y̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and SÉ™lÌ“ílwÉ™taÊ”/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) nations on whose stolen and occupied land I live and work. Solidarity means acting in a manner that supports Indigenous rights on this land and applying their teachings regarding my relationship to the local nations and this land.  To me this looks like acknowledging that all struggles against oppression are interconnected, and practicing acts of resistance that makes space for joy and justice.
