1:1 LAND-INFORMED

LEADERSHIP COACHING

FOR CHANGEMAKERS WHO HAVE DONE EVERYTHING "RIGHT" - BUT ARE RUNNING ON EMPTY

You got into anti-oppression and social change work to build something different.

But the urgency never stopped, the issues deepend, and you kept giving more.

What if the problem isn't your commitment to change, but the model you were handed to create it?

Land-informed leadership coaching offers a different blueprint.

One rooted in reciprocity, collective care, and the knowledge that nature is the best teacher.

This is not just coaching. It's a container for collective care

This is for you if you are leading change - in an organization, a community, or your own practice - but:

  • You're carrying everything alone

    •  You delegate tasks but still hold all the weight. You're the one everyone turns to. You're exhausted.

  • You keep replicating patterns you're trying to change

    • You talk about equity but run meetings top-down. You value collective care but work until midnight. You preach boundaries but say yes to everything.

  • There's a gap between your values and how you actually show up

    • Your organization has beautiful values statements, but urgency culture, perfectionism, and overcommitment still run the show.

  • You're isolated in this work

    • You care deeply but feel like you're the only one who sees the interconnectedness of the problems. But you don't know who is building alternatives to the way you are currently working.

  • Standard leadership advice doesn't work

    • "Self-care" and "work-life balance" feel like Band-Aids. You need something that addresses the root.

  • You're ready for something different

    • But you don't know where to look for models that offer transformation while still having to keep a foot in capitalism to stay fed and housed.

This isn't about hustling harder or fixing yourself,

it's about shifting model for how you approach your work.

 Is this for you?

✦ This is for you if:

  • You're leading change - in an organization, a community, or your own practice

  • You care deeply about equity, climate, and justice

  • You're exhausted from trying to create change within systems that resist it

  • You're ready to examine your own patterns (even when it's uncomfortable)

  • You want to lead differently and are open to learning from unexpected teachers (like the land)

✦ This is not for you if:

  • You're looking for quick fixes or productivity hacks

  • You're dislike feedback or self-reflection

  • You prefer the efficiency and simplicity of hierarchical, individualist leadership

  • You're feel like you can't slow down, pause, or pivot from what currently isn't working

  • You think "land-informed" leadership sounds unrealistic

  • You feel defensive rather than curious when your worldviews are challenged

 Here's what shifts:

Carrying everything alone

Clear on what's yours to hold and what you can share

Stuck in constant urgency mode

Working at sustainable rhythms that honor your capacity

Replicating patterns you're trying to change

Practicing reciprocity and care in real time

Isolated and burning out

Connected to networks that hold you

Leading from "shoulds" and external pressure

Leading from alignment with your values

Feeling like you're failing or not good enough

Knowing you're building something new, even when it's hard

This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about building a different capacity to lead.

 What if you could:

Learn leadership from ecosystems, not corporations → See yourself as part of an interconnected whole, not the master of it
Redistribute power instead of holding it all → Know what's yours to carry and what you can share
Build boundaries that honor your capacity → Without guilt or feeling like you're abandoning your mission
Create alternatives to dominant systems → Not just resist capitalism, but practice something different
Feel connected instead of isolated → Know you're part of a network building new ways forward
Lead from wholeness, not performance → Bring all of who you are, not just the "professional" parts

This coaching makes that possible.

Bees at Work

 Here's how it works:

3 MONTHS. 12 SESSIONS. LAND AS TEACHER.

Over 12 weeks, we meet every week for 60-minute sessions. Between sessions, you have practices and reflections to integrate what you're learning.

Each session has a structured progression:

  • We ground in land-based frameworks

  • Move through embodied practice

  • Explore with creative tools

  • Apply to your real-world challenges

You're not just talking about problems.

You're practicing alternatives.

Nature

 What we will work on:

Learn to see leadership everywhere in nature
Forests don't have CEOs to ensure their thriving,
mycelial networks don't need an economics graduate to tell them how to share resources,
and salmon don't use key performance indicators to track their progress.
You'll learn to read the land for models of collective care, reciprocity, and interdependence - then apply them to your work.

Shift from "I got it" to ecosystem thinking
You'll map your role in collective care networks so you can see: you're not carrying this alone. You're part of something larger. What can you share? What support exists? What are your needs?

Close the gap between your values and practice
We'll examine where you're unintentionally replicating patterns - urgency, perfectionism, hierarchy, etc. - and practice consent-based, reciprocal ways of working instead.

Build capacity that's sustainable
Not "self-care" tips, but practices that protect your nervous system and honor your real capacity. You'll learn to work at a rhythm that doesn't deplete you.

Reconnect with all of who you are
You've been told to lead a certain way - confident, decisive, always having answers. You'll practice bringing forward parts of yourself you've hidden, and leading from wholeness.

Know you're worthy of care
Many leaders are socialized as caregivers - always giving, never receiving. We'll interrupt that cycle so you can build systems rooted in mutual care, not self-exploitative practices capitalism taught us to value.

 What makes this different:

Invoices (1)_edited.png

This isn't traditional executive coaching. I'm not focused on productivity metrics or climbing ladders.

This isn't therapy. We're not healing your past. We're contextualizing our present, and building your capacity for creating different futures.

This is land-informed leadership coaching that uses:

  • Nature as leadership teacher so that your work is sustainable for yourself, others and the planet - unlike current colonial leadership models

  • Embodied practices that bring your whole being, ancestors, and ease to your work - not just intellectual exercises that solely provide new information

  • Creative tools that help you think outside of the box that colonial frameworks privilege - like art, movement, storytelling

  • Anti-colonial frameworks that contextualize our current way of thinking and help you practice self-compassion in your anti-oppression practices

Each session is structured: grounded, experiential, and applied.

You leave with practices you can use immediately.

 Hi, I'm Daniela!

I am an anti-oppressive + land-informed educator, facilitator, coach, and

 aunty

→ artist

→ bookworm

→ liberatory futurist

I've been in the spaces where ...

→ Leaders burn out because they are too nice to delegate

→ Organizations claim certain values publicly but don't practice them in their team or community

→ Communities are exploited from in the name of "partnership"

→ Care gets bypassed under the strain of urgency culture

... and I have also been that person myself.

This is what I have learned creates sustainable changemakers and transformative spaces:

→ Not better plans, but deeper relationships

→ Not individual resilience, but collective care

→ Not extracting from land and each other, but practicing reciprocity

This call isn't a commitment, it's an exploration of your capacity and my approach.

FAQ

What if I'm not sure I'm "ready" for this?

If you're asking this question, you probably are. The fact that you're here means you're already seeking something different. Let's talk on a discovery call and figure it out together.

What if I've tried coaching before and it didn't work?

This isn't traditional executive coaching focused on productivity and metrics. This is about examining the systems you're operating in and building different capacity. If past coaching felt outcomes-oriented rather than process-oriented, this will be different.

What if I'm investing in this personally?

Many clients invest personally because this work is as much about their own leadership development as it is about their organizational role. Your Health Spending Account may allow for you to use funds towards personal coaching. Payment plans are available.

What makes your approach different?

I don't separate inner work from systems work. We work on your nervous system AND your strategy, your values AND your tactics. The transformation happens at both levels simultaneously.

Do you offer shorter programs?

Not currently, but I do have two other offerings you can take advantage of. A 60minute conversation for $250CAD, (send me an email to set up a time - hello(at)danielagrconsulting.ca), and monthly workshop on Inclusive Community Preparedness (check out my Eventbrite for an upcoming one).

Can I extend beyond 12 weeks?

Yes. We can discuss this as you near the end of your container.

Daniela GR Consulting operates in solidarity with the  xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) nations on whose stolen and occupied land I live and work. Solidarity means acting in a manner that supports Indigenous rights on this land and applying their teachings regarding my relationship to the local nations and this land.  To me this looks like acknowledging that all struggles against oppression are interconnected, and practicing acts of resistance that make space for joy and justice.
