1:1 Equity Leadership Coaching
You've spent a decades serving others - yet you are burnt out, feel alone, and wondering if anything you do is "right".
Leave a legacy you are proud of.
I provide a private, compassionate space to learn and grow - using the land as the guide for our equity work - so that you can find peace, belonging, and confidence again.

This is a container for practicing what you have learned.
You know what you should do, but you feel like your missing something.
Here, you have found a non-judgmental place to integrate those learnings.
You spent years building a career, a reputation, a way of leading that felt aligned with who you are and what you believe. You fought for things that mattered and showed up when it was hard.
And now you're sitting with the possibility that some of what you built was shaped by knowledge gaps you didn't know you had. You knew who you were in community, but lately it feels like you are having to shift who you are in order to move through it in a good way. But you keep getting snagged by old ways of doing things even though you have been trying to change.
The people around you either don't see it yet, or aren't the right place to be honest. So you stay up late re-playing your interactions alone - carrying the stress of getting it right, while feeling the weight of when you try and get it wrong.

Is this for you?
✦ This is for you if:
-
You've led change - in organizations, movements, or communities - and you're reckoning with the limits of how you did it.
-
You care about equity and justice, and you're finding that caring isn't always enough.
-
You want a private, confidential space where you can process in real time, don't have to perform certainty or already have the vocabulary.
-
You're ready to be honest - with yourself, and with a gentle guide who will be honest back.
-
You have the time and resources to invest in deep, unhurried work.
✦ This is not for you if:
-
You're looking for someone to validate where you already are, (It's great and more work can be done).
You want quick answers (more than lasting change). -
You're not ready to be challenged, (even if it is compassionate and warm).
-
You feel the work should move faster, (than your nervous system allows).
Here's what shifts:
Replaying what went wrong
→
Responding differently next time
Carrying it alone
→
Held through it with compassion
Knowing better but falling back on the familiar
→
Practice, not just more knowledge
Needing to get it perfect
→
Permission to learn at your own pace
Scared to say the wrong thing
→
Grounded enough to try again
Shame as a stopping point
→
Honesty as a starting point
Transformation requires the resilience to change.
How we will work together:
Six months. 12 sessions. One on one.
This is a confidential coaching container. We meet every two weeks for 60 minutes. Between sessions, you have small practices to try in real life - not exercises to complete, but actual moments to approach differently.
Each session follows a consistent arc:
1. Ground
We begin by arriving - in your body, in the present, in what's actually true for you this week, and what supports you in moving through it.
2. Shifting
I'll offer a concept or framework drawn from nature and land-based ways of knowing - a different lens for what we usually navigate using mainstream models. One that opens things up rather than shutting them down.
3. Examine
We look honestly at what's showing up - the moments that stayed with you, the patterns you keep replaying, the places where your intentions and your impact aren't matching.
4. Practice
We don't just talk about change. We practice it - using creative tools, storytelling, and embodied approaches that go deeper than intellectual understanding alone.
5. Apply
You leave with something concrete - one small, real next step you can actually take before we meet again. Not a homework assignment. A living experiment that re-story’s how you are showing up in community and for yourself.
The work is informed by land-based frameworks - the understanding that nature offers models for relationship, reciprocity, and sustainable change that human systems rarely do. Forests don't have urgency culture. Ecosystems don't burn out.
You don't need any background in this. Curiosity is enough.
What makes this different:
What you've probably tried:
- "Read this book and do the reflection questions."
- "Here's a framework. Apply it to your leadership."
- Spaces that require you to already have the language.
- Workshops where you leave inspired but nothing actually changes.
- Doing it alone because you don't know who's safe to be honest with.
What this is:
- A private container where you don't have to perform certainty or already have the answers.
- Correction with care - honest, warm, and at your pace.
- Practice, not just understanding. Real moments, not exercises.
- Someone who sees what you can't yet - and holds it without judgment.
- A place to be genuinely known.
Hi, I'm Daniela!
I've had to do a full 180 more than once - unlearning ways of moving through the world that I didn't even know I'd inherited.
I've spent 20 years in frontline crisis work, 10 years as an artist, and 6 years in leadership development. I've been the person who got it right, and got it wrong; who might fumble through repair, and who sometimes misses the fact that I caused harm altogether. I have spent years tussling with learning vulnerability, accountability, and staying with challenging convos and I have my supports, and tools that help me continue growing every day.
I work with people who are serious about growth and honest about how hard it is. I'm not here to shame you about where you've been. I'm here to help you figure out where you're going - and to walk alongside you while you get there.
If something on this page stopped your scroll, this might be exactly the space for you.

What people are saying:
This isn't a booking link.
It's a short application.
A few questions about where you are and what you're carrying. I read every application personally and respond within a week to those I think would be a good fit for this work.
If it feels aligned, I'll invite you to a 30-minute conversation. If it doesn't, I'll do my best to point you somewhere that does.
Next steps:
1. Fill out the short application
2. I'll review it and reach out within a week if I think we're a fit
3. We'll have a 30-minute conversation - no pitch, no pressure, just honesty
4. If it feels right for both of us, we'll talk about next step
You don't have to have the right words, just clarity about where you would like to be.
FAQ
What if I've tried coaching before and it didn't work?
This isn't traditional executive coaching focused on productivity and metrics. This is about making sense of where you are, examining the patterns underneath the surface, and building a different capacity - slowly, with care. If past coaching felt outcomes-oriented rather than process-oriented, this will be different.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
If you're asking that question, you probably are. The fact that you're still reading means something already resonated. The application is just a conversation - not a commitment, and no pressure in either direction.
Is this confidential?
Yes, completely. What happens in our sessions stays between us. Many clients are navigating things they haven't told anyone else. That privacy is something I take seriously and protect.
I'm investing in this personally, not through my organization. Is that common?
Yes. Many clients invest personally because this work is as much about who they are as how they lead. Your Health Spending Account (HSA) may cover coaching. Payment plans are available - reach out and we'll figure out what works.
