A Taste of My Own Medicine

I have been MIA for a few months.
The end of last year was full of opportunities to offer workshops (yay!) but I ended up wearing myself down because I wasn’t asking for what I needed (which in this economy what that meant was that I wasn’t charging enough).
So here I am taking a drinking my own medicine - asking for what I need.
I am feeling icky about it cuz it's money related - but I am leaning on the knowledge that my growth, health, and sustainability is just as important as everyone else's.
🎉 My new workshop prices for organizations are as follow:
* Pre-made workshops: $1,000
* Custom workshops: $1,500+
📌 But from now to March I will be honouring the mid-range of my previous sliding scale, $500 per 90-minute pre-made workshop.
DIY 72hr Emergency Kit
Participants will build an emergency kit with items they already have at home - no shopping required. We'll explore how culture, ability, income, and location shape what preparedness looks like for you.
Beyond the 72hr Emergency Kit
Participants will identify needs and resources in their community so they can take care of themselves even without a kit and support themselves (and others) to make better decisions in emergencies.
Creative Community Care
Participants will build adaptive capacity through creative practice. Reframe preparedness as everyday care and learn to think with agility when crisis hits.
These workshops are great for community groups, frontline workers, health & safety teams, or anyone wanting preparedness training that doesn't feel more like how to care for themselves and others better everyday so that IF something happens they are prepared to respond.
To book at current pricing (before March 31):
