  • You have been prioritizing decolonization, equity, or anti-oppression in your workplace and/or personal development and want to continue to continue to develop your intersectional lens.

  • You have been looking for a space to begin to putting your (un)learning into practice, knowing that it takes courage and accountability to do so.

  • You have been feeling like creative care building is what you have been looking for but didn't have the words to describe previously.

  • You have been wanting to go beyond diversity, equity, and inclusion approaches because you see how they still aren't addressing underlying causes.ā€‹ā€‹
